Our company is one of the authorized institutions that have the Environmental Consultancy Competence Certificate within the scope of the Environmental Legislation, which came into force based on the Environment Law No. 2872 (Amended: 26/4/2006 – 5491).
Within the scope of environmental consultancy, our company fulfills the following obligations.
Our company prepares/prepares the application file, required information, documents and reports completely and makes the application. and ensures accuracy.
To obtain and transmit all the required information, documents and reports in the prescribed format, in a timely and complete manner, To carry out correspondence and negotiations with the local administrations, Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization and the Ministry on behalf of the business it serves, by the competent authority within the scope of this Regulation. has at least one environmental officer present at the facility during on-site inspections.
Regarding all activities and facilities included in the Annex-1 and Annex-2 Lists of the relevant regulation, the provisions of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation, which came into force on the basis of the Environmental Law No. 2872, shall apply. In this context, all works and transactions related to permits and licenses, including at least one of the issues of air emission, environmental noise, wastewater discharge and deep sea discharge, continue with Environmental Consultancy services with its experienced TEMÇED staff.
