For this reason, feasibility studies to be carried out before the project and construction phase are of great importance.
Our company provides feasibility report preparation services for individual industrial establishments and organized industrial zones. Within the scope of the feasibility study; First of all, analysis studies and literature review are carried out to determine the amount and possible characteristics of the wastewater that will come to the planned treatment plant. In line with the information obtained, the feasibility study is carried out as follows.
A treatment plant is designed by selecting a specific process for the wastewater in question. The dimensions of the facility units are determined, the flow chart of the process and the automation scenario are created, and equipment information sheets are prepared. In addition, the general layout plan of the treatment plant is prepared, the place where the treatment plant will be built and the area to be needed are determined, and finally the approximate cost of the treatment plant is determined and the study is completed.

Our company; In accordance with the Wastewater Treatment/Deep Sea Discharge Facility Project Approval Circular dated 20.11.2018 and numbered 2018/14, it designs and designs treatment plants for all sectors within the scope of Annex-1 and Annex-2 and prepares a project approval file in accordance with its format and obtains the approval of the authorized institution. .

Pre-Treatment Plant (Prevention Plant)
In order for the industrial establishments located in the areas where the sewerage network ends with the treatment plant, to deliver their wastewater to the sewer system, it is necessary to provide the "Wastewater Acceptance Values to the Sewerage System" determined by the relevant infrastructure management.
Depending on the characteristics of the wastewater, the Pre-Treatment Plants may consist of only settling, neutralization and oil retention units for less polluted wastewater, as well as much more complex process applications including physical, chemical and biological treatment processes for highly polluted wastewater.
While the enterprises located in the Organized Industrial Zones are obliged to provide the sewer acceptance values determined by the OIZ management, the enterprises operating in the city are obliged not to exceed the acceptance values determined by the city water and sewerage administration.
Our company; In order for the enterprises included in this scope to be connected to the sewerage, it makes the appropriate process selections that will carry out treatment at a level not exceeding the desired acceptance values, and by taking the approval of the relevant institution, it also undertakes the construction of the pre-treatment plant as reinforced concrete and / or steel construction, including or excluding the construction.

The enterprises operating in places where there is no sewerage system are required to purify their wastewater and discharge it to the receiving environment (sea, lake, river, etc.), and the rules and restrictions regarding this are explained in the Water Pollution Control Regulation.

While the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization approval is required for the facilities in the Annex-1 list, the approval of the Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization is required for the facilities included in the Annex-2 list.
The construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant should be started after the project approval is received. Our company also carries out the construction of treatment plants as reinforced concrete and / or steel construction, with or without construction.
Package Treatment Systems:
They are compact type treatment systems designed to treat wastewater generated in different production and usage areas, especially domestic wastewater.
After the wastewater characterization is determined in our laboratory, process design is made. After the equipment assembly, piping and electrification of the treatment tank, which is manufactured from St 37 carbon steel material, is completed, the “package treatment plant” is easily transported and sent to its place.
The package can be put into operation immediately after the facility inlet-outlet water connections and energy connections are made.
