As a result of the EIA process applied for the activities included in the Annex-1 list of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, if there is no objection to the realization of the activity, the "EIA Positive" decision is made.
The project owner of the projects for which the EIA positive decision is given; It is obliged to have the Project Progress Report, which includes the developments in the investment in the periods determined by the commission, prepared by the institutions/organizations that are qualified by the Ministry and that are not involved in the preparation of the EIA Report of the project in question, and upload it to the electronic system and submit it to the Ministry audits.
